Online Bachelor Students

According to Biola’s policy, students are all required to submit a plan to graduate to the Office of Registrar once they have 88 credits completed toward their degree. Once you have met this threshold, reach out to your academic advisor for guidelines on how to submit your graduation plan (see how to use a Planner). For questions, contact your academic advisor.


Diploma Information

Diplomas are mailed to your permanent address listed on 6–8 weeks after commencement (and after your academic requirements, financial obligations and other holds are complete or cleared). Please verify your permanent address to ensure that your diploma is delivered correctly.

If you do not receive your diploma in the expected amount of time, please contact the Office of the Registrar at (562) 903-4720.

Replacement Diploma

We do not make duplicate copies of diplomas. If yours has been lost, stolen, or destroyed, you may request a replacement diploma from the Office of the Registrar for a fee of $55, by using the .
