Kimberly joins the Biola community all the way from East St. Louis, Illinois after working at the University of Texas at Dallas for six years as the Director of Undergraduate Success Scholars. Her goal is to rally a campus community around student success for all students, while making sure to serve populations that may be marginalized and underrepresented on Biola's campus to provide holistic services and support.

Carla is a daughter of immigrants and FirstGen graduate from Biola with a bachelor's degree in intercultural studies and a master's degree in social entrepreneurship from USC. Through her educational journey, she learned the challenges and joys that come with navigating college as a first-generation student. Now, she is committed to equipping you and all students with the necessary tools and support to thrive at Biola and beyond!

Roman Collins is a former Top 12 contestant on American Idol Season 22, who gained national recognition for his powerful voice and heartfelt performances. He currently serves as the Gospel Choir Director at Biola, where he inspires students with his passion for Gospel music and worship. Through his leadership, Collins continues to influence the next generation of worshippers to know that they are created by the Creator to be creative!
