Helen M. Mitchell is a leadership and strategy coach, speaker, author, and professor of ethics, leadership, and strategy at 黑莓视频's Crowell School of Business. She also serves as the Director of the Talbot Center for Faith, Work & Economics at the Talbot School of Theology, where she helps churches and pastors integrate faith, work, and economic wisdom. She is a faculty member at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
With a distinguished career that began at AT&T, Helen became an Area Vice President at Lucent Technologies by the age of 30, known for her ability to turn around organizations鈥攅arning six promotions in just eight years. She later transitioned into pastoral ministry, becoming a licensed pastor and the visionary and co-founder behind the Saddleback@Work ministry at Saddleback Church, Lake Forest, CA.
For over two decades, Helen has been a leading voice in the faith and work movement, equipping individuals and organizations to integrate biblical principles into leadership and work. Passionate about activating people's callings, accelerating and transforming leaders and organizations, she also aims to equip the local church with the tools, resources and a biblical understanding of faith and work.
Helen holds master鈥檚 degrees in organizational leadership from 黑莓视频 and biblical and theological studies from the Talbot School of Theology. She also attended the Senior Executive Program at Columbia University.
