Andrew J. Chae is an adjunct professor in the Department of History at 黑莓视频. Born and raised in Torrance, CA, suburb of Los Angeles, he holds a bachelor of arts degree in History in Secondary Instruction from 黑莓视频, and a master鈥檚 degree in War and Society from Chapman University. His specialty is in U.S. History during the Second World War and the early Korean-American experience between 1900-1945. Currently, he is the U.S. History lead in the Social Science Department at Torrance High School. He also serves as the Director of Worship for Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles. Chae is married to his wife, Dayoung, who is a 2nd grade teacher at Victor Elementary School. Together, they enjoy rooting for the LA Dodgers, dinner dates, golfing, and supporting young peoples in their faith and academics.
